You are hereby warned that if you, or any individual acting on your behalf, deliberately present a claim which is found to be false, fraudulent, or intentionally exaggerated, this insurance policy will be immediately and irrevocably nullified. This termination will be effective from the moment the fraudulent act occurred.
Consequently, we shall not pay the claim and all rights to claim under this policy, both present and future, will be permanently forfeited. Furthermore, we reserve the right to and will pursue the recovery of any and all amounts previously disbursed in connection with said claim.
