        We typically settle claims by repairing or replacing the item. In some cases, a cash settlement may be offered instead. If you are receiving a cash settlement, please provide your bank details below so we can process your payment. For full details on claim settlements, please refer to your policy wording.

        By submitting your claim, you understand and agree to the following:

        • You are hereby warned that if you, or any individual acting on your behalf, deliberately present a claim which is found to be false, fraudulent, or intentionally exaggerated, this insurance policy will be immediately and irrevocably nullified. This termination will be effective from the moment the fraudulent act occurred.
        • Consequently, we shall not pay the claim and all rights to claim under this policy, both present and future, will be permanently forfeited. Furthermore, we reserve the right to and will pursue the recovery of any and all amounts previously disbursed in connection with said claim.
        • Be advised that in any instance of fraud, your personal details will be supplied to national fraud detection databases and law enforcement authorities. This action will create a permanent record that will prejudice your ability to secure future insurance and may lead to criminal investigation and prosecution.
